Eid ul Adha or Eid al Adha 2022 will begin on 10th July 2022. Every year we celebrate different festivals, but Eid al-Adha is an important Islamic festival. Prophet Ibrahim has commemorated the willingness to follow Allah's (God's) command to sacrifice his son Prophet Ismail. Eid ul- Adha is the foremost festival celebrated around the world every year for all Muslims.

But his son Prophet Ismail was replaced with a sheep by Allah. God was so glad about Ibrahim’s (A.S.) submission to Him that He made this demonstration of sacrifice and faith a permanent part of a Muslim’s life.

It brings the person offering the sacrifice near Allah Therefore all Muslims around the world during Eid ul Adha occasions do sacrifices including sheep, goat Camel, and bullocks. All Muslims sacrifice animals in the way of Allah and the meat is distributed to family neighbors and friends as well as to poor people.

How to Celebrate Eid ul Adha 

All Muslims around the world celebrate Eid al Adha for two to three days depending on the country's public holiday, therefore, people enjoy this special occasion. However, there are some Sunnah that every Muslim should follow while celebrating this great festival.

When people came to your home after prayer. They meet your family, friends, and neighbors and wish Eid Mubarak to them.

 Before some days of Eid ul  Adha, all Muslim families purchase new clothes for this special occasion. Men, women, and children alike wear new clothes and dress up in joyful attire to celebrate the occasion with cheerfulness and fervor .

On this occasion day is spent celebrating with family, friends and loved ones, often people wearing new cloth or best attire and the giving of gifts to your children and relatives. The children collect the gift (Cash) and purchase different things and enjoying with your friends

 People invite Each other during Eid ul Adha

On this special day of Eid ul Adha, Muslim families invite each other for dinner and parties. The invitation runs for three or four days the holiday of Eid ul Adha. Every family prepares delicious food and they invite their relatives.

Distribution of meats

The sacrificed animal meat s divided into three groups: the person sacrificing it divides his close family, extended family, friends, and those poor families in need.
