Boneless chicken 1/2kgs

Cooking Oil1/2 cup

Onion 2 (Chopped)

Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

Ginger and Garlic past1 tablespoon

Garam Masala Powder ½ teaspoon

Kasuri Methi 1 teaspoon

Yogurt 1 cup

Fresh cream ¼ cup

Tomatoes 3 (chopped)

Turmeric Powder ½ teaspoon

Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon

White Cumin

Green Chilies 4pcs

How to make chicken boneless Mughlai Handi

Easy Method Cooking



In a fry pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the marinade chicken and fry until the pieces are brown. And then remove and set aside. Note: This method is simply to give the chicken a deep golden brown color, during which time the chicken will not be thoroughly cooked.

Take a pot add oil one cup and now add Onion and fry it until it becomes golden brown color. After that add Ginger and Garlic Paste turns brown and stir it for one minute and then add Tomatoes and stir it for two minutes and add chopped, salt, Red Chilies powder, Green Chilies, white cumin, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala powder and stir it for one minute and then add half Coriander Seeds, Kasuri Methi, yogurt and stir it for two minutes on medium flam.

 And then three minutes cook on medium flame. After 3 minutes add Boneless Chicken and water ½ cup and stir it for one minute. Then you cover with a lid and cook for 18 minutes on medium flame. After that add Cream and butter and stir it for 1 minute after that cook high flame.

 In the end, you add almond and walnut Pcs half cup and then 2-minute cook on medium flame. Then your chicken Boneless Mughlai Handi will be ready.  This dish is very expensive and powerful.
