500 grams of Chicken boneless cubes

One tea Spoon of fresh ginger garlic paste

One Egg and 100 Gram Yogurt

50 Gram Lemon Juice

One Tea Spoon Salt

One tea Spoon of red chili powder

One Tea-spoon tsp black pepper powder

One tea spoon of turmeric powder

One Spoon of coriander powder

Two spoons of lime juice

One cup of corn Floor

One tea Spoon Gram Masala

Lays sour cream 2 Packets

Firstly you Wash and clean the chicken pieces and keep them in a bowl

 Secondly, you add all the spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, and Egg

Then you Mix well until the chicken pieces are well coated.

Cover the chicken and keep it refrigerated for half-hour.

After half hour you can heat oil for deep frying and gently add the chicken pieces to it

It is necessary therefore deep-fry over a medium flame, you deep fry should be 365 F If the chicken will be golden brown on each side and the chicken should be tender.

It takes 20 25 minutes until the chicken pieces are golden brown

After 25 minutes you take out one small piece and test to see if the Chicken fry is fully cooked
