I have tested many chicken fries
but boneless chicken fry. It
is so easy and basic recipe for making

How to Make Chicken Fry
It is a very simple method first

garlic paste.
Then you will insert one egg, one
spoon of salt, two Lemon juice, tomato ketchup, yogurt 100 Gram, apricot powder

mix and cover the chicken keep for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you will mix
one spoon of corn flour.
Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan and put the chicken pieces into it. Deep-fry over a low simmer flame, when the chicken is tender. It takes 20-25 minute
Ingredients
500 grams of Chicken boneless cubes
One tea Spoon of fresh ginger garlic paste
One Egg and 100 Gram Yogurt
50 Gram Lemon Juice
One Tea Spoon Salt
One tea Spoon of red chili powder
One Tea-spoon tsp black pepper powder
One tea spoon of turmeric powder
One Spoon of coriander powder
Two spoons of lime juice
One cup of corn Floor
One tea Spoon Gram Masala
Lays sour cream 2 Packets
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Firstly you Wash and clean the
chicken pieces and keep them in a bowl
Secondly, you add all the
spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, and Egg
Then you Mix well until the
chicken pieces are well coated.
Cover the chicken and keep it
refrigerated for half-hour.
After half hour you can heat oil
for deep frying and gently add the chicken pieces to it
It is necessary therefore
deep-fry over a medium flame, you deep fry should be 365 F If the chicken will
be golden brown on each side and the chicken should be tender.
It takes 20 25 minutes until the
chicken pieces are golden brown
After 25 minutes you take out one
small piece and test to see if the Chicken fry is fully cooked
When the chicken fry is ready drain
and place on kitchen towels for the excess oil to get absorbed
Your delicious fried Chicken is ready now
you serve it with a salad chili sauce and ketchup. And eat delicious food and
